My family and myself

After a brief stay at ASU, Tim joined McCrone Labs, a leading private analytical laboratory doing microscopy, including contract analysis of small particles by SEM, TEM, EMPA, SIMS, etc. He moved to Atlanta to head a McCrone group studying asbestos. About six years ago he formed a partnership with two other McCronies to do contract research and scientific consulting specializing in microscopy. The company they formed is now known as MVA, Inc., and it has labs in Atlanta and Chicago. Tim is Executive Director. Three other 7*M alums find gainful employment there: John Bradley and Mark Germani are partners, and Lindsay Keller has been with them for about three years. Tim is married to Melanie and they have four children: Melissa (13), Allison (10), Blake (6), Drew (3).
