I am currently funded 50% by DOD and 50% by NASA, and so I look at a diverse set of samples including electronic materials, primitive meteorites, and presolar grains. Much of my current research involves a combination of in situ liftout with a FIB-SEM followed by TEM analysis (including HRTEM, HAADF, EDS, and EELS), and I'm fortunate to have access to excellent facilities.
