Electron tomogram of synthetic magnetite crystals

The video shows an electron tomogram of synthetic magnetite crystals (grown by Hua Xin). The octahedral faces on these euhedral crystals are well developed. The central crystal is approximately 100 nm across. (ET performed in ADF STEM mode by Heiner Friedrich)
